Gabrielle is a speaker in many of the biggest wine and gastronomy trade events (Vinexpo, Salon du Chocolat, Primeurs de Bordeaux) for which she hosts Master classes and live Tastings. She also organizes wine-related events for a wide range of clients outside the industry (Festival de Cannes, Grand Prix de Monaco, and large fashion brands such as Ralph Lauren).

Gabrielle shares her expertize with the students of many of the top business schools in France and abroad, principally in MBA and Master programs dedicated to wine. The case studies about wine that she wrote serve as a reference in well-know colleges such as King’s college or Ecole Polytechnique.
